Roboton - autonomous agricultural robot
Roboton is an autonomous agricultural robot. Roboton is currently focused on agriculture, but its modular design makes it suitable for use in other fields – from emergency services and construction to humanitarian aid and even space exploration.
MODULARITY
Roboton can be equipped for precise operations with or without an arm. It can connect to various attachments such as towing devices, tanks, solar panels, etc. – similar to Lego. It adapts to your requirements.
PRECISION
Combining GPS, cameras, sensors, and simulations allows Roboton to move with centimeter-level accuracy. During precise arm operations, we can refine the arm’s navigation to millimeters by adjusting the movement based on the image captured by the camera.
AUTONOMOUS MOVEMENT
Roboton is an autonomous platform. Safe movement is ensured by GNSS navigation, cameras, lidars, and advanced algorithms. When first used, the user manually drives the robot around the field, and all subsequent tasks are managed through a mobile application.
KNOWLEDGE BASE
The ability to see surroundings, avoid obstacles, understand cultivation practices, or teach artificial intelligence to distinguish between crops and weeds – all of this is part of an extensive knowledge database that Roboton uses, which we are continually expanding.
Energy Self-Sufficiency
- Powered by renewable solar energy, it can also be charged from external sources or the grid.
- It consumes 10 to 60 kWh per day.
- Compared to conventional field operations, it saves up to 400 liters of diesel annually.
- Fully charges in 6 hours.
Hitch Bar
- Allows connection of tools and equipment to a standard three-point hitch with a weight capacity of up to 500 kg, suitable for large-scale soil cultivation and crop care.
- Wide variety of attachable tools, such as plows, rotavators, cultivators, rollers, harrows, seed drills, fertilizer spreaders, harvesters, and earth augers.
Autonomous and Safe Movement
- Understands terrain, obstacles, and unusual situations.
- In the basic version, it manages an area of up to 1 hectare, with the use of tools on the Hitch Bar, performance increases to several hectares.
- Real-time evaluation of the optimal route.
- Constantly monitored for both day and night operations.
