Windrow Compost Turner
The compost turner is an indispensable tool for the efficient and ecological treatment of organic waste.
Its purpose is to mix and aerate the accumulated material, which leads to the accelerated decomposition of organic substances and the production of highly nutritious compost. This process takes place through active mixing, which allows for the even distribution of heat, moisture, and air within the pile. Thanks to regular use of the compost turner, the time needed to create high-quality compost is significantly reduced.
Mechanically adjustable compost turners – NP series
The turner is manually adjusted from the transport position to the working position.
The rotor is powered via the tractor's PTO shaft (suitable for tractors 50–100 HP).
Hydraulically folding compost turners – HP series
A simple machine carried behind the tractor in a three-point hitch. The turner frame is hydraulically adjusted to the working position. The rotor is powered via the tractor's PTO shaft (suitable for tractors 50–100 HP).
Trailed compost turners – TP series
A trailed machine with its own axle and counterweight. It can also be equipped with spray nozzles for compost irrigation during turning. The turner frame folds hydraulically. The rotor is powered via the tractor's PTO shaft (suitable for tractors 80–130 HP).
