Cultivators & combinators BEDNAR
Tine cultivators
The versatile VERSATILL and FENIX tine cultivators are an excellent solution for shallow and deep soil cultivation; the VERSATILL machines can also be used for seedbed cultivation.
VERSATILL cultivators
VERSATILL represents a universal product line of mounted and semi-mounted cultivators designed for intense stubble cultivation, shallow tillage or seedbed cultivation in fields with larger quantities of crop residue.
FENIX tine cultivators
The FENIX tine cultivators are primarily designed for deep soil cultivation, up to a maximum depth of 35 centimetres, and they can also be used for shallow stubble cultivation or medium-depth tillage with a simple working depth adjustment. The FENIX cultivators can also be used for profile fertilisation in a single pass when combined with BEDNAR hoppers and carts.
Seedbed cultivators
Seedbed cultivators are designed for processing soil prior to seeding. They are mostly used in cultivating soil after tillage, but they can also be used in seedbed preparation in zero tillage systems. Our comprehensive SWIFTER model line provides working widths from 3 to 18 metres.
The various working sections of the SWIFTER cultivators can be easily replaced, which makes the cultivator adjustable to seedbed preparation for a specific crop, or to the seasonal and soil type conditions (spring/autumn cultivation, wet/rocky soil).
Every pass across the field is important in seedbed preparation to prevent unnecessary drying out of soil. By combining up to eight operations, the SWIFTER seedbed cultivator prepares a quality seedbed in one pass.
Combined cultivators
Combined cultivators are suitable tools for improving soil cultivation in one pass. They are especially suitable for processing stubble fields with large quantities of crop residue, such as after harvesting grain maize or sunflower.
The combined cultivator ACTROS provides an outstanding combination of disc and chisel sections on a single frame. Thanks to that, it is capable of cutting and mixing large quantities of crop residue and organic matter with soil, at a shallow level, all in one pass. The tine section then takes care of deep loosening and incorporation of the matter into soil.
