We offer products of our own design from low capacity (0.5 t/h) to large capacity machines (25 t/h). They are designed for farmers, agricultural companies and cooperatives, industrial compound feed manufacturers or food processing plants.

The advantage of roller scrapping, compared to the widespread hammer scrapping, is especially up to 70% energy saving.

The structure of the scrap can be continuously changed according to the category and type of livestock. The minimum percentage of dust in the feed is significant.

The machines can be used to process most feed materials - especially cereals, legumes, oilseeds, etc.

Wet grain crushers

We manufacture mobile wet grain crushers of different price levels and performance. The highest range reliably covers the needs of agricultural service companies (60 t/hour). However, we can also accommodate smaller, family and organic farmers who will be satisfied with smaller but high quality and very affordable machines.

Crushers are part of a method of harvesting cereals and maize that has been expanding worldwide in recent years. The method is highly efficient because the grain is not dried after harvesting but is directly crushed, preserved and stored in either silage bags or silage troughs.

This makes it possible to harvest in areas where the crop is not maturing, as well as to harvest earlier in the season, freeing up the field for further agronomic work.  Such forage is then characterised by a much higher digestibility and is a source of energy, fast-soluble sugars and starches.

Our products (the "M" range) allow the grain to be crushed and preserved either directly in the field (and then stored in silage pits or in bags using silage balers) or processed on the farm and stored directly in silage bags (the "CP" range).
