Silage Balers and Baggers
EURO BAGGING s.r.o. has been manufacturing silage balers, also known as baggers, since 1998 for storing bulk feed in silage bags.
This is an alternative method of storing feeds such as grass silage, alfalfa, cereal and mixed silages, corn silage, as well as by-products like sugar beet pulp, brewer’s grains, and distillery residues (corn mash and distillers’ grains).
The advantages of storing feed in bags include several aspects: low initial investment compared to the high cost of building silage pits, significantly lower quality and dry matter losses during storage, protection from weather conditions, and high flexibility (bags can be stored anywhere). Purchasing a machine also allows you to offer services to nearby farms, helping to reduce investment risk.
We produce silage balers ranging from smaller tractor-driven models to larger contractor-grade machines, all the way to self-propelled baggers.
Silage Baler EB 310 LX / LG
Tractor-powered machines can store all types of mentioned feed materials. The DELUXE version is equipped with a comfortable air-conditioned cab, which can also be fitted with independent heating.
Self-Propelled Baler EB 310 GM
The flagship of our silage balers is the EB 310 GM model, featuring a 6-cylinder diesel engine with 245 HP, which powers both the rotor and all machine functions, including four-wheel drive. During hot summer days, operators will surely appreciate the comfortable cab with a wide view of the machine, optionally equipped with a camera.
EURO BAGGING 7PLUS Silage Bags
We also offer our EURO BAGGING silage bags for all machines, now produced using the most modern extruder in Europe. The bags are available in diameters ranging from 1.5 to 3.6 meters and lengths from 45 to 150 meters. UV stability is guaranteed for at least 18 months, but there are also farms that store some commodities for up to 3 years without any loss of feed quality.
