AGE VENT PIGS Control Unit
AGE VENT PIGS is a proprietary product developed and manufactured by AGE s.r.o. The control unit manages ventilation, feeding, watering, and lighting in sectional pig farming. It introduces a new approach to managing stables divided into multiple sections. A single control unit can manage up to twelve sections of the stable. Settings cover the entire cycle, and the operator does not need to intervene in the ventilation control, thereby eliminating human error. Thanks to remote management via PC and mobile phone, the farmer gains a comprehensive overview of the operation and condition of his animal breeding, as well as the consumption of feed, water, and lighting.
- Ventilation: A single control unit manages up to 12 independent stable sections. Adaptive and independent heating for each section.
- Feeding and Watering: Up to 99 independent feeders can be assigned to individual sections. Features both timed and ad libitum feeding. Mixing up to five different feed mixtures and ingredients. The actual mixing is performed using a mixer or by regular layering in the weighing hopper followed by mixing in the feed conveyor.
- Lighting: Independent lighting control for each section. Options for a custom lighting schedule or control depending on feeding
